From Taxes to Travel Dreams: What My Clients Are Up To This Month
Last week, we did the least glamorous thing imaginable: taxes.
It was long. It was boring. It was expensive.
And no, I definitely did not have my spreadsheet ready like my accountant wanted (sorry girl).
In an effort to make next year a little smoother, we decided I’d start tracking things quarterly. Great idea, right? Well… that plan was supposed to start today. Instead, I found myself deep in a daydream about future travels. Priorities, right?
As I prep for upcoming trips to Seattle and Mexico (stay tuned for details!), I’ve been checking in with Clemente Travels clients around the world—and let me tell you, they are living their best lives. Zero spreadsheets in sight.
Here’s a peek at what some of them are up to this month:
A Scottish Family Adventure
A family has visited the Kelpies, hiked near the Glenfinnan train, and explored the stunning Isle of Skye.
Sisters Abroad!
Inspired by Korean dramas and White Lotus, sisters are celebrating Songkran in Chiang Mai before heading to the islands for some beach time—and then on to temples and culture.
An Italian Honeymoon…
Honeymooners are soaking up art and romance in Florence and Rome!
First Time to Europe
One couple is deep-diving into history with WWII-focused tours in Munich and Castles, before heading to Rome to catch the must-sees during the Jubilee.
Cheers to 10 Years!
Anniversary travelers are letting loose and meeting Mickey at Disneyland Paris.
Reunited Friends
Besties are headed for sunshine in Cozumel and learning in Cancun!
Seattle Sights
Friends are exploring the city through a chef-led food tour.
Wait, those last two sound familiar.
That’s because they’re mine!
Here’s what I’m up to:
Later this month, I’ll be in Seattle for my annual travel advisor conference. I’m kicking things off with a chef-guided tour of Pike Place Market (samples first, dinner later!), followed by several days of meeting with travel partners—think Royal Caribbean, Disney, Virgin Voyages—and learning from fellow advisors on all things business-building and client experience.
And the day after I return? I’ll be hopping on a flight to Mexico. I’m spending a weekend in Cozumel visiting one of my besties, then heading to Cancun for four days of resort tours and onsite inspections. This will be perfect prep since I have several couples heading to the region later this year.
Thinking about your own adventure?
Now’s the perfect time to start planning for fall foliage getaways, winter escapes, or even next spring’s big adventure, especially if cruising is on your mind.
I’ll be here when you’re ready. (Probably still avoiding that spreadsheet.)
Cheers
